Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging my freelance software development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this website or my services.

2. Services

I provide freelance software development services including but not limited to:

• SaaS platform development
• MVP development and prototyping
• Mobile application development (iOS and Android)
• Website development and redesign
• Website performance optimization
• Technical SEO services
• API development and integration

Each engagement is governed by a separate project agreement that specifies scope, deliverables, timeline, and compensation.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Upon full payment for services, all intellectual property rights to the custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for your project are transferred to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.2 I retain the right to reuse general-purpose code, libraries, and techniques developed during the project, provided no proprietary business logic or confidential information is included.

3.3 I retain the right to display the project in my portfolio and case studies unless a non-disclosure agreement explicitly prohibits it.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals to keep the project on schedule
• Provide access to any necessary systems, accounts, or third-party services
• Ensure you have the rights to any content, branding, or assets you provide
• Make timely payments as agreed in the project contract

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Typical arrangements include fixed-price or hourly billing with milestone-based invoicing. Payment is due within the timeframe specified on the invoice unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

My services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. I make no warranties regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of delivered software. In no event shall I be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services or delivered software.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date. Any intellectual property for work paid in full will be transferred to you.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or my services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before seeking legal remedies.
