Resolved a revenue-critical production payment issue and built an interactive GTA map that transformed how customers discover in-game assets on this FiveM marketplace.
The Challenge
Zeron.dev is a FiveM marketplace selling GTA V server assets and MLOs. I joined to solve critical production issues and build features improving both the purchasing experience and product discovery.
Technical Challenges
- ✓Revenue-critical payment issue — the checkout flow had been broken for weeks. Customers could not complete purchases and the previous developer could not resolve it.
- ✓Product discovery — users were forced to browse long product lists. The client wanted a visual way to explore GTA properties by location.
The Solution
Investigated the production payment issue, identified the root cause, and restored the checkout flow. For product discovery, implemented an interactive GTA map using Leaflet where users open the map, click location markers, and view available products at each property — transforming browsing from text search to visual exploration.
